Hi. We're Aura Saunas and we have been happily providing the best quality Saunas for our clients for over 4 years. We started out in the middle of the pandemic, and while it was hard for everyone, we managed to thrive in that space.

We started our company by selling Saunas to our B2B partners, and later we expanded to selling directly to our final customer - you 😄

We decided to build a very streamlined operation so we could focus on what matters most: Delivering GREAT quality Saunas and other wellness products AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE.

So if you get in touch with us through any of our channels, you’ll probably be talking with anyone from our “frontline”

Cem Atik - CEO

This is Cem, our CEO. Between living in the US and Germany, Cem handles all the day-to-day operations, makes sure our products meet our extremely rigid quality guidelines, and leads us to make sure we’re moving forward through the best possible path.

 

Leo Serpa - CMO

Hi. I’m Leo and I’m responsible for writing the content on our website, our socials and our advertisements. I also decide on the deals and promos that we put forth, besides organizing our online presence and helping Cem develop the Aura Saunas Brand.

 

 

Marie Lynn - Customer Satisfaction Specialist

If you need help, she’s your gal. Marie Lynn makes sure you get help with your orders, deliveries, replacements and any questions you might have. Don’t know what Sauna to buy? Looking for a specific feature? Can’t find the Sauna you were looking for? Call Marie Lynn!

While we do our best to give you the best possible experience while buying at Aura Saunas, none of it would be possible without our builders! They are responsible for making sure the product that arrives at your place is the best it could possibly be.

We trust them with our heart & souls - so much so that we offer free replacements for any part that doesn’t stand the test of time (check our policies for a deeper understanding of how our warranty works!)
