Return Policy for AuraSaunas

Product Personalization

  1. Customization: All products available at AuraSaunas are handcrafted and personalized to meet individual specifications. This means that each product is unique and produced on a made-to-order basis.

No Refund Policy, Except for Damage

  1. General Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, and the extensive time and resources required for production and shipping, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we understand that in rare cases, items may arrive heavily damaged due to shipping or manufacturing errors.
  2. Damaged Goods: If your product arrives heavily damaged, we ask that you contact us immediately to initiate a claim. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 3 Days of receiving the item to facilitate a quick resolution.

Restocking Fee Policy

  1. Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price is applicable from the moment an order is placed. This fee is in place because we start the production of your personalized order immediately upon confirmation, utilizing materials and resources specifically for your item. This fee will be retained to cover part of our production costs in the event that a refund is requested and approved due to the product being heavily damaged.

Steps to Report Damaged Goods

  1. Reporting Process:
    • Contact Us: To report a damaged product, please email us at info@aurasaunas.com with your order number, details of the product, and clear photographs showing the extent of the damage.
    • Review: We will evaluate the damage report on a case-by-case basis and determine if a return or refund is justified.
    • Approval: If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with returning the damaged product, if applicable.
    • Refund Issuance: If a refund is issued for a damaged product, the amount refunded will be less the 25% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Product Return Conditions

  1. Return Shipping: In the event that a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for safe packaging and shipping the item back to our facility. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, factoring in the reported damages.
