Shipping Policy
We ship saunas across the contiguous United States. Here's everything you need to know before you order.
$500 flat-rate shipping on all orders
Every order ships via dedicated freight carrier at a flat rate of $500, regardless of size or destination within the contiguous US. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Delivery method
All deliveries are curbside (driveway). The freight carrier will bring your sauna to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point to your home. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the driveway is accessible for a freight truck.
White-glove delivery and installation — including in-home placement and setup — is available as a separate paid add-on. Contact us at aurasaunasco@gmail.com or (509) 212-3022 to arrange this before placing your order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed off to the freight carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timeline
Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
Delivery requirements
Please ensure the following before your delivery date:
- Someone aged 18 or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
- The driveway or access point must be clear and accessible for a freight truck
- Inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, document it with photos or video immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurasaunasco@gmail.com or (509) 212-3022. Do not refuse the delivery — accepting and documenting the damage is required to process a claim.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. For inquiries about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
