Refund policy

All Sales Final All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective products.

Defective Products If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately upon receipt at aurasaunasco@gmail.com or (509) 212-3022. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects or damage right away with photo/video documentation. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost.

Delivery Due to the size and weight of our products, all deliveries are curbside (driveway) only. White-glove installation is available as a separate paid add-on.

Order Cancellations Orders may not be cancelled once placed and confirmed.
