Shipping policy
Shipping Overview At AuraSaunas, we ship premium sauna and wellness equipment directly to your home across the contiguous United States. Due to the size and weight of our products, all shipments are handled by specialized freight carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely.
Shipping Rate We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $500 on all orders, regardless of size or destination within the contiguous US. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Delivery Method All deliveries are curbside (driveway). The freight carrier will deliver your sauna to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point to your home. You will need to arrange for assistance moving the equipment to its final installation location.
White-glove delivery and installation is available as a separate paid add-on. Contact us at aurasaunasco@gmail.com or (509) 212-3022 to arrange this before placing your order.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeline Most deliveries within the contiguous US are completed within 5–14 business days after processing. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone 18+ must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
- The driveway/access point must be clear and accessible for a freight truck
- Inspect your order thoroughly before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, document it with photos or video immediately and contact us within 48 hours at aurasaunasco@gmail.com or (509) 212-3022. Do not refuse the delivery — accepting and documenting the damage is required to process a claim.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries, contact us directly.
