What a session feels like

Traditional heat is immediate and demanding — step inside and 180°F air wraps you completely. Pour water over the hot rocks (löyly) and the burst of steam hits instantly. In the compact 1-2 person footprint, the heat concentrates quickly and the cedar aroma is intense. Most people do 10–15 minute rounds, step outside into the cold air, and return for two or three rounds. You finish completely drenched, every muscle relaxed, and with mental clarity that lasts the rest of the day. This is what sauna was designed to be.

Is installation included?

Delivery is curbside freight. Professional installation is available as an add-on — contact us when ordering.

Does it need a foundation?

A level, stable surface is required. A gravel pad, concrete pad, or treated timber frame works well.
